Privacy

Applications are private. There are no public applicant profiles, public applicant photos, searchable directories, public membership lists, or applicant-to-applicant browsing.

Legal names are not required. Uploaded photos are used only for private compatibility review and are stored in private object storage. Admin viewing uses expiring links.

Applicants may request deletion. Permanent deletion removes the application, contact information, uploaded media, admin notes, and associated personally identifying data.

Analytics are used to understand campaign and funnel performance. UTM parameters, approved ad identifiers, session identifiers, user agent, IP address or masked IP address, approximate geography, device/browser information, and bot/internal-traffic flags may be stored for attribution and fraud prevention.

Gender is not inferred from IP address, device data, or browsing behavior. Applicant eligibility is based on information voluntarily provided during the private application.
